We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or exposure to the elements. Prolonged exposure to sun, cold, or heat can degrade the product; therefore, products should not be left outdoors. Weather-related damage is not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim.
To request a warranty replacement for a defective product, please contact us at support@zoo.golf with the following details:
– A picture of the damage(s).
– A description of how the damage occurred.
– Your order number or a copy of the receipt.
– Your name and shipping address.
Products deemed defective under the warranty will be replaced promptly.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) and processed to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@zoo.golf with a brief explanation of why you’re returning the product. Do not ship items back without contacting us first—this ensures we can track and process your return efficiently.
Once your return has been approved by a Zoo Golf team member:
a) Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
b) Ship the package to the address provided during your return approval process.
c) Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your return for processing and refund issuance.
